How to Order?
1. Chose your desired items from the website
2. Some of the variations will have few color options
3. With each of the color you choose directly place in the name that you wanted to be printed on the item inside the Add Name Box. If you prefer your item without a name, may put "Remove Name".
4. To add more, repeat step 1-3
5. Once done selecting your products, click on the trolley/cart icon on the top right side. There will also be an "Order Note" section below which you may put your requests there. After checking your orders, you may proceed to check out.
6. After proceeding to check out you will be directed to the information page. You may fill your shipping information here and can proceed by clicking the "Continue to Shipping" button.
7. At the shipping page, double check again your "Contact" and "Ship to" section to avoid any errors. Select your desired shipping methods and click on the "Continue to payment" button.
8. At the payment page, you may choose your desired payment method. The payment method we have is Paypal (Debit/Credit Card) and Ipay88 (FPX online bank transfer, Debit/Credit)
If you want to give this item as a gift to be shipped separately, then you may choose the "use a different billing address" and fill in the address that the item should be sent at. Otherwise, may just remain the "same as shipping address" then proceed with the "Complete order" button which will direct you to the payment section.
9. Once the payment is successful, you will receive your order number which starts with #900__ , an email will also be sent to you on your orders, do check them and keep that as your reference!

How can I know my orders tracking number or when my item is ready to pick-up?
- To know or check your orders tracking number, we will send it through email once its shipped out
- To know if your item is ready for pick-up we will send you an email stating your order is ready to be collected and provided with the address to pick up
- If your orders has pass the delivery time frame or you still haven't receive your tracking number through your email, do contact us so we can check back with your orders if there is any problems from our side in fulfilling your order.
Why is my tracking isn't available when I have receive the tracking?
If this happens, this usually means that the tracking is still pending as we have just shipped it out on the day you receive your tracking number and therefore, it still has not been updated by the courier. When this happens, may give it 2-3 working days for it to be updated. If the tracking number is still not updated, may contact us and we will help you look into it.
