SHIPPING
All our clothing are made locally in our production warehouse at Shah Alam, Selangor in Malaysia. As we print all our clothing on demand, please be patient on our slightly longer than usual wait time.
It takes approximately 3-7 working days to print and package your order, and the delivery within Malaysia takes 1-3 days and Singapore is 2-5 days. An email confirmation with the order details and tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
High value orders may impose a custom duties and taxes charge that are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online in countries other than Malaysia. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and to be borne by them.
RETURNS
Just a kind reminder that all our outfits and products are made to order, so we do not accept returns for size changes. However, in circumstances where the size is incorrectly ordered, we can provide you a good discounted rate for replacements. Choose your sizes by checking our sizing chart.
For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print etc, we will do a direct 1 for 1 replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to let us know and we will process the replacement! This process generally takes only between 24-48 hours.
REFUND POLICY
For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print etc, you are eligible for a no questions asked, full refund on the product item itself (minus shipping costs). We do not accept refund requests due to change of mind.
Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive them
Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase depending on payment method used.
