I bought 4 tote bags as CNY gifts and upon receipt, I found one of them had some defects. I immediately emailed customer service to inform them of the defects and Athirah was quick to respond by giving me a replacement. I received the replacement 2 days later. The bags are good value and I'm truly impressed with their customer service.

Good product. Good customer service. The size just right! Convenient for me to bring stuffs like food and bottles to office. Bottom has minor water proof layer and hard. It is very good to me.

Received the bag on time right before CNY. The design of the bag is nice but I was quite disappointed while seeing the bag is dirty. I have no choice and can’t gift it to relative as a gift.
